We want you to love your Scensara products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below:
Returns:
• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Contact us at support@scensara.com to initiate a return and receive instructions.
Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
• If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@scensara.com with photos for a replacement or refund.
